At Woods of Whimsy Apothecary, we take pride in creating handcrafted products with care and appreciate your support of our small business. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make every order a positive experience.

Returns

Due to the nature of our handcrafted herbal teas, body care products, and other consumable or personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

• Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
• You received an incorrect item.
• Your order was lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.
• Your order is canceled before it has been processed or shipped.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Opened herbal teas
• Opened body care or wellness products
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been packaged or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Issues

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Woods of Whimsy Apothecary is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
