Bring the feeling of a cool walk through the forest home with Frost & Fir Chest Rub, a handcrafted botanical balm created with herb-infused oils and an invigorating blend of eucalyptus, peppermint, rosemary, and pine essential oils.

At the heart of Frost & Fir is jojoba oil slowly infused with mullein, plantain, calendula, thyme, and rosemary. We blend this botanical infusion with moisturizing shea butter, rich castor oil, and protective beeswax to create a smooth balm that melts beautifully into the skin.

The finishing touch is its crisp essential-oil blend. Eucalyptus, peppermint, rosemary, and pine create a fresh, cooling woodland aroma that's especially comforting when you're craving that classic chest-rub experience.
